  • Therapy for Anger and Aggressive Behaviour
If your anger has led to outbursts, threats, or harm - and you’re ready to take responsibility - therapy can help. Aggression can take many forms: shouting, controlling behaviour, threats, physical violence, or emotional intimidation. You may not recognise yourself in those moments, or you might feel ashamed or afraid afterward. Perhaps people close to you have been hurt - or walked away. Maybe you've promised to change but find yourself stuck in the same patterns. Acknowledging the impact of your behaviour is a hard but powerful first step. The next step is learning how to change it. We work with individuals who want to take an honest look at their anger, understand where it comes from, and develop safer, healthier ways to express emotion and respond to stress. Therapy is not about blame - it’s about accountability, growth, and giving you the tools to break harmful cycles. In therapy, we’ll work together to: Explore what triggers your anger and why it escalates Understand the deeper emotions that may be driving your reactions Learn practical tools to de-escalate and manage strong impulses Rebuild trust with yourself and others through consistent change You are capable of change. Real strength is in facing yourself - and doing the work to become who you want to be. If you’re ready to stop letting anger control your life and relationships, we offer a respectful, confidential space to begin this process. Get in touch to arrange a consultation or first session.
  • Therapy for Compulsive Sexual Behaviour
Compulsive sexual behaviour, often referred to as sex addiction or out-of-control sexual behaviour, can deeply impact your relationships, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing. You might find yourself repeatedly engaging in sexual activities despite negative consequences, feeling shame or guilt afterwards, or struggling to stop even when you want to. If this resonates with you, it's important to know that these behaviours are not a moral failing - they are often a response to deeper emotional needs, unresolved trauma, or ongoing stress. We offer a non-judgmental space where we can work together to understand the roots of these behaviours, reduce shame, and help you regain control. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), we’ll develop a personalised plan to support your healing and long-term change. Therapy can help you: Understand the emotional and psychological drivers of your behaviour Break free from the cycle of shame, secrecy, and relapse Build healthier relationships with yourself and others Develop new coping strategies that align with your values Change is possible - and it starts with a conversation. If you're ready to take the first step, please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation or to book an initial session. You don’t have to face this alone.
  • Mental Health Support
Being involved in the criminal justice system can take a serious toll on your mental health - but you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re facing charges, currently on bail or probation, or adjusting to life after prison, this period of your life may feel overwhelming. You might be dealing with shame, anxiety, depression, trauma, or the impact of being cut off from work, family, or community. For some, past experiences - including childhood trauma, addiction, or mental illness - have played a role in offending. For others, the stress and isolation of the system itself can make things worse. Therapy offers a space that’s confidential, non-judgmental, and focused on your wellbeing. It's a place to process what’s happened, understand the patterns that brought you here, and build the tools you need to move forward - not just legally, but emotionally and psychologically. In therapy, we can work on: Managing stress, anxiety, and depression during legal proceedings Understanding the root causes of offending behaviour Processing trauma or difficult life experiences Developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience Rebuilding identity, relationships, and a life you can feel proud of Your past doesn’t have to define your future. Support is here - for who you are now, and who you want to become. If you’re navigating the justice system and need a space to talk, reflect, and grow, we offer specialised support tailored to your needs. Reach out today to take the first step.
